These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mangi Greens website and any purchase you make from us. Mangi Greens is the trading name of MANGI LAL GREENS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a nursery and online store based in Pokaran, District Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms — please read them carefully.

Our website and products are intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the site and place orders only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who takes responsibility for the transaction.

2. Our Products

We sell live plants, seeds, gardening tools, pots, planters and fertilisers. Because our products are living things grown in natural conditions, some variation is expected and normal — differences in size, shape, colour, leaf count or bloom stage between what is pictured and what arrives are a feature of nature, not a defect. We select healthy stock for every order, but we cannot guarantee that any two plants will look identical.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable, as specified on each product page or at checkout. Prices, offers and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed successfully before an order is confirmed and dispatched.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit the quantity of any order — for example, where an item is out of stock, we suspect fraudulent activity, or a customer attempts to order unusually large quantities. Where we cancel an order, any payment already made will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations, natural disasters, or government restrictions on movement or trade. We work with reputable courier partners but cannot control every step of the journey once a parcel leaves our nursery.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

To make sure your order reaches you in good condition, please:

• Provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
• Be available to receive the parcel, or arrange for someone else to accept it on your behalf.
• Inspect your order at the time of delivery and note any visible damage before accepting it, where possible.
• Follow the care instructions provided with your plant so it can settle into its new home successfully.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Mangi Greens name and brand — is the property of Mangi Greens and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not responsible for the long-term survival of a plant after successful delivery where this results from improper care, environmental conditions at your home, courier delays outside our control, or events of force majeure.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

10. Business & Tax Details

Mangi Greens is operated by MANGI LAL GREENS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, registered under GSTIN 08AAVCM2061M1ZV. Prices shown on our website are marked as inclusive or exclusive of GST as applicable, and the final tax breakup is always shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.
