Due to the perishable nature of live plants, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- Damaged plants
- Wrong products
- Broken pots
- Missing items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Photos of the product received

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product severely damaged during transit
- Product missing from order
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Natural variation in plant size or appearance
- Minor soil spillage during transportation
- Leaf shedding due to transit stress
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the parcel after delivery attempts
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Replacement
Where possible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
